A note from our CEO
How do I make my restaurant supply chain more efficient?
It’s not a simple answer. Or at least, it hasn’t been in the past. Trying to pinpoint where your restaurant system is losing money is a big task. From spoiled hamburger to missing pizza trays to questionable lettuce–the risks and losses are lurking everywhere.
Back when I started my career in supply chain management in the late 70s, you can imagine that tracking your goods was a nightmare. The industry has come a long way since then, but there’s still a big gap in the market. While there are other food and supply tracking systems out there, their sole focus are logistics movements.
My team and I saw that this is just the tip of the iceberg. What if there was a way to also help identify problems early on, stop unnecessary waste and maximize profits?
It's time for the foodservice industry to benefit from non-customer facing digitalization, unlocking dozens of data points not visible today, while becoming more efficient and remaining compliant.
Let’s work together to help you grow!
